Please note our terms and conditions

1. The goods remain the property of the manufacturer until such time that they are paid for in full.
2. A 40% (forty percent) deposit is payable on placement/submission of the order.
3. The balance of the payment must be paid in full before any goods will be delivered.
4. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that delivery will be within the standard delivery time of 6 (six) to 8 (eight) weeks, SLUMBER FURNITURE HUB cc will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer.
5. Orders cannot be expedited due to any birth prior to the due date.
6. Should the client wish to cancel the order this must be done in writing within 5 (five) days of placing the order and must be faxed to SLUMBER FURNITURE HUB on 086 690 3387 or posted/delivered to 36 Beryl Avenue, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, 0157.  The cancellation will only be valid if acknowledged in writing by SLUMBER FURNITURE HUB cc.
7. An administration fee of R 100.00 will be charged for any canceled orders.
8. Any order cancelled after 5 (five) days of placing the order will be liable to forgo the initial 40% (forty percent) deposit paid.
9. Failure to pay for goods will result in the removal of such items by the manufacturer.
10. Product flaws or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
11. All reasonable efforts will be made to repair any flaws or defects.
12. As all products are custom made they cannot be returned after delivery.
13. The above delivery fees are for the delivery of furniture only. All linen, mattresses etc must be collected from the Slumber Furniture Hub showroom.
14. In the event of customers forgoing the delivery option and collecting from the Slumber Hub showroom the following will apply:
    a. An additional fee of R 80.00 per item will be charged to bubble pack the furniture in order to  prevent damaged in storage
    b. Full payment must be received prior to collection
    c. Goods must be collected within 7 days of notification
    d. If for whatever reason the goods cannot be collected within the 7 day notification period, full payment must be received by the 7th day at the latest
    e. Slumber Furniture Hub reserves the right to charge a storage fee for any goods not collected within the 7 day period
    f. You will be required to load the goods yourself as we cannot ensure that there will be someone to assist you
    g. Slumber Furniture Hub will NOT supply the material necessary to transport the goods; the onus is on you to protect the goods from damage during transit. The bubble pack in point a. above is not sufficient to protect the furniture in transit.
